“Never buy a piece of art you don’t HAVE to have”

This quote defines my philosophy on buying art. There was always something intimidating to me about choosing art  (How do I know what’s good, what’s bad and what works in my home?) But after all is said and done, art should be about the feeling it gives you and about nothing else. If you are going to spend money on original art--and I think you should--let it be the thing in your house that you love the most (except your bed!)
